I carry a beautiful range of off-the-peg gowns in sizes 6 to 24. You’ll be trying on dresses that actually fit - no squeezing into tiny samples or guessing how it might look. You’ll also know exactly what alterations are needed to make it perfect for you, without waiting months for your dress to arrive. 💕

How many guests can I bring?

I can comfortably seat you and up to 4 guests. I recommend bringing people who really get you and will offer kind, honest opinions. Too many opinions can be overwhelming, and this is your moment... 💕

Do I need to make an appointment?

Yes, I work by appointment only so you and your guests have exclusive use of my beautiful boutique. No sharing mirrors or waiting, just a relaxed and private experience tailored to help you find your perfect dress. 💕

How long is an appointment?

Appointments usually last around 2.5 hours, giving us plenty of time to try on dresses and enjoy the experience. If I don’t have another booking straight after, I’m always happy to give you a little extra time.

How far in advance should I book?

Most brides come about a year before the big day, but because I sell off-the-peg, there’s no long ordering wait like other shops. That said, allow enough time for fittings - ideally at least 6 months before your wedding. But don’t worry if you’re on a tighter timeframe - I’ll always do my best to help.

Because all my gowns are off the peg, there’s no long ordering time like other boutiques…you take your dress home the very same day you find the one.

I’m on a weight loss journey, when should I come in?

You’re not alone, I see lots of brides who are on a similar path. Most dresses can be taken in by up to two sizes, and alterations usually happen around 8 weeks and 4 weeks before the big day.

To make sure everything runs smoothly, try to choose your dress at least 6 months in advance.

I feel nervous, is that normal?

Completely. Whether it’s body worries, too much choice, or you just don’t know where to start, I totally get it.

My job is to make this feel calm, supportive and pressure-free. I’ve helped brides of every shape, size, and story, and I’ll do everything I can to make you feel at ease.

What should I wear?

Don’t worry too much - most of my dresses have built-in support. If you’d prefer, you’re welcome to wear a strapless bra or shapewear to help you feel more comfortable.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Bring any pictures, vision boards or saved styles you’ve fallen in love with...and anything that helps complete the look, like shoes, accessories, veils or even cowgirl boots!

Try to wear your hair roughly how you’ll have it on the big day, it really helps bring the vision to life.

Please avoid heavy makeup, fake tan or jewellery that might catch on the dresses - they’re very delicate.

Can I bring my baby?

Yes, of course! I just ask that you bring another adult to help, you’ll be busy in the fitting room and need both hands free.

Can I bring children?

Yes, as long as they’re supervised. Just bear in mind appointments can last 2–3 hours, and it can be a little boring for them! If childcare’s an option, it might help you focus and relax.

Do you charge for appointments?

No,  I don’t charge, but I kindly ask that if you need to cancel or rearrange, you let me know.

I only take two appointments a day, so no-shows really impact my little business. A quick text to 07595 359277 is all I need.

Do you offer payment plans or deposits?

Because I only stock one of each dress, I’m not able to hold them or take deposits. That’s why I always suggest visiting when you’re ready to buy, so the dress you fall in love with doesn’t get snapped up by someone else. 💕

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes - I offer a 10% discount on dresses purchased at your first appointment. This helps avoid double bookings, and means you won’t miss out on a gown if it sells before you return.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay by bank transfer, debit card, Visa or cash.
I don’t accept cheques or American Express.

What’s your refund policy?

Due to the nature of the business and the terms I’m duty bound to follow, I can’t offer refunds or exchanges once a dress is purchased.

Each gown is sold as seen, so I encourage you to take your time during your appointment and be completely happy before making your decision.

What if my dress needs alterations?

I work with a team of brilliant seamstresses who can make your dress fit like a dream, or add details like sleeves, straps or sparkle. I’ll guide you through everything once you’ve found the one.

Yes, you’re welcome to park right on the drive. If you arrive early, please wait for the gates to open and avoid parking on the road.
